The CoronaVirus/Covid-19 health emergency daily highlights the limits for the reduction and control of infectious risk.
Disinfectants, ionizers, nebulizers of chemical products and sanitization with ozone are labor intensive or non compatible with luxury materials. Direct UVC lamps and Ozone are so aggressive that they cannot be used in the presence of people.
CoronaVirus/COVID-19 is thought to spread mainly through close contact from person-to-person in respiratory droplets: this is why people may not feel safe inside hotel bedrooms, shops, offices, medical offices and in general in any type of environment.
Technical features
AirLightPro is an antibacterial and antiviral purifier with internal recirculation that does not use or release chemicals into the air. The AirLightPro filtration system guarantees disinfection of the air without emissions of any kind, working constantly even in the presence of people.
The LED module that delivers the UV-C light is closed in a metal structure so that the air is sanitised and disinfected in total safety without contaminating the external environment, also thanks to the shielding system that prevents the release of ultraviolet rays.
AirLightPro can be used in all public and home environments during all hours of the day, regardless of the type of activity being carried out. The effectiveness of this product is certified by the AirLightLabel which is provided inside each package to certify and demonstrate to customers of the store/room that the environment has been sanitised.

OnBOX
OnBOX is a one-of-a-kind professional antibacterial and antiviral purifier with internal recirculation. It can be installed inside wardrobes or walk-in closets of up to 4 m3 and can be used even while carrying out normal activities. It guarantees very high air sanitisation by removing bacteria, solid particulate matter and volatile organic compounds.
OnBOX It can be supplied in two configurations: with remote control (so it can be turned on at any time) and with automatic shutdown after 30 minutes; or with OpenDoor start-up system (which detects the movement of the wardrobe door, and of course automatically switches off after 30 minutes.
OnBOX it is equipped with an ionizer capable of generating negative ions that improve the air quality in closed environments. Negative ions, through a natural chemical progress, bind to airborne particles such as dust, bacteria or pollen, causing them to deposit.
OnBOX comes with a fragrance cartridge built with a sequence of essences designed to enhance the sixth sense, combined with anti-mite agents.

TOM

A subseuent bibliographic survey commissioned at the Microbiology Laboratory of the Politecnico University of Milan has shown that the combined effect of UV lighting and photocatalysis is able to deactivate all microorganisms (bacteria and viruses).
Politecnico University of Milan, NextMaterials srl, Soliani EMC srl and Metalarredo srl, have developed and patented innovative photocatalytic filters, called FiltriNext, able, combined with UV lighting, to decrease the risk of bacterial contamination and improve air quality in indoor environments.

BACTERICAL VIABILITY TEST
While a large number of bacteria remains vital on a traditional filter, bacteria are practically killed on FiltriNext® UV filters lit by UV LEDs.
Bacteria viability data on the FiltriNext® illuminated by 365 nm – 1,4 W UVA LEDs and 260 nm – 0,35 W UVC LEDs on which bacteria were previously sown (tests carried out by the Microbiology Laboratory of the Politecnico University of Milan).
ABATEMENT OF POLLUTANTS TEST
The test clearly show the ability of FiltriNext® to break down PST, VOC, NOx and an important reduction not only of bacteria blocked on filters, but also of bacteria in aeriform.
Abatement values of solid particulate matter (PST), volatile organic compounds (VOC), total nitrogen oxides (NOx) and bacteria (CFU) obtained on two different environmental purifiers, specially developed, in a polluted 8 m3 test chamber from burning a cigarette.
